What Is the Stellantis Degrees@Work Program?

The Stellantis Degrees@Work program, commonly called Degrees at Work, is a way to set up our Clement CDJR Columbia employees and our dealership as a whole for continued success. Degrees at Work is a no-cost, no-debt path to a real collegiate bachelor's degree that was created to illustrate the Stellantis commitment to employee education. In practice, Degrees at Work helps existing dealership workers expand their education, develop new skills, and accelerate their professional growth.

Currently, more than 375 Stellantis dealerships across the nation participate in Degrees at Work, a decision that has led to over 1,000 employee graduates of Strayer University. Are you ready to be one of them? Let's take a closer look at the Degrees at Work details:

Getting Started With Degrees at Work

Whether your goal is to strengthen your technical knowledge, increase your leadership skills, or pave the way toward long-term career success, the Stellantis Degrees@Work program is designed to help you maximize your potential. Here's how to start the process:

  1. Complete an online application.
  2. Connect with a Strayer University admissions advisor.
  3. Begin coursework while keeping your job at your dealership.
  4. Earn up to 10 transfer credits for eligible technical training.

Program Eligibility: Who Qualifies for the Stellantis Degrees@Work Program?

All full-time and part-time employees at participating dealerships, including Clement CDJR Columbia, should be eligible to join the Degrees at Work program once they have gained or completed the following:

  • 30 or more days of dealership employment
  • Active Stellantis SID number
  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent certification

In some cases, Stellantis Degrees@Work program eligibility may also extend to a dealership employee's spouse, children, and stepchildren through a connected Degrees at Work Family initiative.
